When can I place an order?

Ordering will open after product availability, delivery options and return terms are confirmed. Test checkouts do not reserve stock or arrange a shipment.

Delivery information

Destinations, shipping charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates will be published here before real orders open. We do not have a confirmed delivery date to offer yet.

Returns information

The return window, eligibility, return shipping costs and refund process will be available before you can place a real order.

Check your setup in the meantime

For Home B35, check for an AUX or RCA input on your powered speakers or amplifier. For Drive B61, your car needs both a 3.5 mm AUX input and USB power.
